Cambridgeshire Music offers instrumental and vocal tuition to children of all ages in a variety of settings:
School Tuition
Where a teacher is available we will provide lessons in school. Cambridgeshire Music provides highly trained music teachers to carry out music tuition in schools normally on a group basis. On occasion individual lessons may be provided. Lessons generally take place during the school day (between 8.30am and 4.30pm) and are organised in one of two ways depending on the school's policy. Check with you school to see which option below is applicable.
School-managed lessons
If lessons are managed by the school they are organised by the music coordinator or head of music. Please contact them in school.

Colourstrings
Cambridgeshire Music provides a range of music classes for children from six months onwards. Staff are highly trained teachers and use the Colourstrings approach developed in Finland by the Szilvay brothers. This approach is made up of Kindergarten and Dalcroze classes for pre-school children and instrumental lessons for school age children. All classes are taught in a fun and enjoyable way and often involve singing, rhythm games and moving to music.
